Tortillas with porchetta, aubergines in oil and mozzarella Gemella
Ingredients
▹ 2 mozzarelle Gemella Montrone
▹ 4 tortillas
▹ 200 g of aubergines in oil
▹ 300 g of sliced porchetta
Preparation
Heat the tortillas and in the meantime cut the twin mozzarella into slices and put to drain. When the tortillas are ready, season with one or two slices of porchetta (according to your personal tastes), the aubergines and mozzarella only at the end.
Roll everything up well and close with a toothpick.
Cut in half and enjoy hot or cold!
