Puff pastry garland with speck and Burrata di Andria PGI Montrone
Ingredients
▹ 1 Burrata di Andria PGI
▹ 2 rolls of puff pastry
▹ 200 g of speck
Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry roll and with a wheel, cut into 4 cm wide strips. On each one put a slice of speck and roll up. Proceed like this with both rolls of puff pastry.
Line a 24 cm diameter mold with parchment paper.
Place all the puff pastry and speck rolls as if to form a garland.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the garland in the oven.
Cook for 25 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and place on a plate in which you will have put some salad on the bottom.
Take a Burrata and place it in the center of the garland.
Serve and enjoy the garland accompanying it with a piece of Burrata!
