Skewers with grilled courgettes and fresh cheese
Ingredients
▹ Montrone fresh cheese in cubes
▹ zucchini
▹ q.b. Origan
▹ q.b. salt
Preparation
Start by washing the courgette well by removing the ends. With the help of a potato peeler, cut the courgettes into thin sheets.
Heat a plate and cook the courgette slices, about 1 minute per side, sprinkling them with oregano.
Separately, cut the Montrone fresh cheese into cubes and, when you have finished grilling the courgettes, roll each square with a thin slice of grilled courgette.
Take some skewer sticks and skewer each roll.
Skewer 4-5 rolls for each stick.
Serve for a delicious aperitif!
