Puff pastry with guacamole and smoked salmon

1 sheet of 500 g
1 avocado
30 g onion
1 chili
1 \ 2 lime juice

a few leaves of parsley
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
250 g of smoked salmon


Put the avocado pulp in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the finely chopped onion, chilli, lime juice, a few chopped parsley leaves and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix.

Put the pastry on a sheet of cling film and spread the slices of smoked salmon on top and spread the guacamole on top. Roll up the dough with the help of the film. Tighten well as you wind the roll. Keep the roll in the refrigerator for about 1 hour wrapped in cling film. After this time, remove the film and cut the roll into a slice of about 2 cm. Serve.
