Tomatoes stuffed with spelled, cooked ham and fresh scamorza

1 fresh Montrone scamorza cheese in cubes
4 fairly large tomatoes
200 g of spelled
150 g of diced cooked ham

Extra virgin olive oil
Basil for garnish


Boil the spelled and let it drain and cool well.

Cut the scamorza cheese into cubes.

Cut the ham into cubes.

Take the tomatoes, wash them thoroughly and then dig them so that they can be filled with spelled.

Put the spelled, the ham, the smoked cheese, the oil in a bowl and salt.

Mix well and fill the tomatoes with spelled. 

Garnish with basil and a drizzle of oil, eat cold!
