Ice cream without ice cream maker with Montrone ricotta and peaches
Ingredients
▹ 500 g of fresh Montrone ricotta
▹ 4 cut peaches wedges
▹ 150 g of sugar
Preparation
In a blender put the ricotta, the peaches cut into wedges (keeping some to one side in order to garnish the cup of ice cream) and the sugar.
Blend everything and place in a plumcake container, or in an ice cream container.
Freeze for at least 6 hours and, once solid, serve with an ice cream portioner.
Garnish each bowl of ice cream with fresh fruit and sliced peaches!
