The collaboration between Montrone and Sonia Peronaci, which began last year with the participation in the TUTTOFOOD 2019 , is consolidated and is preparing to last throughout 2020 with many activities and initiatives planned.
In 2019 she repositioned herself among the 10 most followed foodbloggers in Italy, founder of GialloZafferano, Sonia Peronaci has taught many recipes to the people of the web. Since 2011 it continues to do so on soniaperonaci.it , a project that led to the birth of the note Sonia Factory , the space dedicated to Sonia Social Brunches and more. “A laboratory of ideas, brains that meet and together churn out new ideas. But it is also workshops, show cooking and much more. ”
Throughout 2020 the dairy products of the Montrone dairy will be the protagonists of recipes and video recipes, as well as of 3 Social Brunches. The first, for sure, will have as guests the Ricotta and the Burrata di Andria PGI. During the event there will be an opportunity to taste the products of the Montrone Dairy in all their freshness.
