Montrone butter is produced according to the traditional production method, i.e. by surfacing it. Immediately afterwards, to give taste and compactness to the product, we move on to churning: in this way the butter takes on the softness, aroma and velvety taste that make it special. The Smoked Silano of the Montrone Dairy is made of the same paste as the scamorza. Its strong and intense taste comes from natural smoking, which preserves the softness of the product.
