In warm weather it is the undisputed queen of the table, for appetizers and buffets with a fresh and genuine taste. But this fresh stringy cheese is an indispensable ingredient at any time of year, and it goes perfectly with so many other flavors of Apulian tradition and beyond.

At Caseificio Montrone, Fiordilatte Mozzarella is processed strictly by hand, because the artisan touch always makes the difference. Delicate and enveloping, it can never be missing on the table and in the fridge, whether for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients: Raw MILK, salt, rennet and acidity corrector: citric acid*.

*Citric acid is widespread in nature and occurs naturally in milk. It is used in the production of Fiordilatte, replacing milk enzymes, to enhance the sweet taste of fresh milk.
