PRODUCT DEFINITION

The butter of the Montrone Dairy is obtained from the skimming of milk. It can never be missing in the kitchen, because it can be used in an infinite number of dishes.

This is why it is important that it is of good quality.

Montrone butter is produced according to the traditional production method, i.e. by surfacing it. Immediately afterwards, to give taste and compactness to the product, we move on to churning: in this way the butter takes on the softness, aroma and velvety taste that make it special. Try it to prepare desserts and savory dishes, on bruschetta or rusks. You won’t regret it!
