Montrone butter is produced according to the traditional production method, namely by skimming. Immediately afterwards, in order to give the product flavour and compactness, it undergoes churning. In this way the butter takes on the softness, fragrance and velvety taste that make it special. Use it to prepare desserts and savoury dishes, on bruschetta or on rusks. You won’t regret it!
