Small glasses of ricotta, pomegranate, grapes and chocolate
Ingredients
▹ 250 g Montrone cow’s milk ricotta
▹ white grapes 4 berries
▹ black grapes 4 berries
▹ pomegranate grains to taste
▹ dark chocolate some curls
▹ 50 g biscuits
▹ 20 g honey
Preparation
First, coarsely crumble the biscuits and divide them at the bottom of the 4 small glasses.
Sift the ricotta by pressing it against the meshes of a colander; add the honey and mix everything very well.
Transfer the cream obtained into a piping bag without a nozzle and fill the glasses up to the edge.
Take the dark chocolate bar and pass the blade of a knife over it to obtain curls or flakes. Use them for the decoration of the glasses, placing them on the surface together with the grapes cut in half, one for each color and for each glass.
Finish with the pomegranate grains and leave the glasses in the refrigerator for an hour to harden before serving.
